Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
Absolutely! We allow returns within 30 days of delivery to you. Items must be unworn and have the original tags and/or shoebox. To exchange you will need to order the item you want, and then send the unwanted item back for a return. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE SECTION ITEMS WITH THE PRICE ENDING IN .00! Why didn't I get a shipment or order confirmation?
This is usually because you entered the wrong email address on accident.. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can lookup your order and let you know the status.
How do I use my coupon code?
The easiest way is to click on the three line Menu button in the top Left of the page, then click the shopping cart in the middle of the menu. Inside your shopping cart there is a field that says Enter Coupon Code. Enter your code and click Submit!
How do I use my gift card?
The easiest way is to click on the three line Menu button in the top Left of the page, then click the shopping cart in the middle of the menu. Inside your shopping cart there is a field that says Enter Gift Certificate. Enter your gift certificate number and click Submit!
How do I track my package?
If you created an account with us you can login HERE and view the status of your order anytime. Whether you created an account or not you should receive an email with your tracking number when it ships. If you didn't receive one, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will let you know the status of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you receive your confirmation email please allow 1-2 business days for processing at our warehouse. After that it will be 7-10 days for Free Shipping, or 1-3 days for $3.99 Priority Shipping. From the time of payment orders should arrive within 12 business days for Free Shipping or 5 business days for Priority Shipping. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Post Offices or United States Territories may take longer.
Canada orders take 1-2 days to process, and 2-10 days shipping via UPS World Standard.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately our website only allows one discount code to be used at a time, so pick the best one!
How do I edit the items in my cart?
Click the three line Menu Button in the top Left corner of the page, then click the shopping cart in the top middle of the Menu.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and Canada! Its free shipping to the U.S., and $15 flat rate shipping to Canada. We are trying to get cheaper options for Canada and will announce those when possible!
How often do you have sales or promotions?
