We are now offering FREE RETURNS for store credit within 10 days of Delivery to you! This is no small feat for a business our size! But there are some rules:

  • Items MUST be returned with their original shoe box or tags and CANNOT BE WORN. Swim items must have the plastic liner still in place and no signs of use.

  • We do not offer Free Returns on Sale Items with the price ending in .00, Accessories or Flash Sale Friday items. However, you can self return these for store credit within 30 days if you wish - See below.

  • *A 25% RESTOCKING FEE will apply IF you use the shoe box as a shipping box. Shoe boxes must be placed inside a protective shipping box or bag, no labels or tape can be attached to the shoe box.

  • Refunds are issued as a store credit (Lucy Avenue e-gift card) and will be emailed to you when your return is processed.

*Missed the 10-Day window? You may self-return your order within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Exchanges: Items sell out quickly on our website, so we do not offer a direct exchange. Instead, you must return the item you don't want using our return policy and then place a new order for the correct item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Received: Please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution with you!

International Returns: We allow returns within 30 days of delivery to you for store credit. We do not provide return shipping for international orders. A 25% RESTOCKING FEE will apply IF we receive your return beyond 30 days of delivery to you, or you use the shoe box as a shipping box. Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Live in Utah? We allow in person returns at our warehouse Monday through Friday between 10am - 5pm! Holiday hours may differ so please check with us first :-)
