Poor Customer Service and No Refunds

Placed my first order and was very disappointed. Quality of product was poor and did not fit to size and I ordered a range of sizes. No phone # to reach customer service. "Free returns" only there are NO refunds. They only issue store credit when most items/sizes are out of stock. Store credit does nothing for me. Accommodate your customers if you want return customers, don't cheat them into buying with "free returns" with no refunds.
